PNHP -- Physicians for a National Health Policy.  The best thought out proposal yet for a comprehensive national health insurance system!

The Apollo Project -- an ambitious proposal to dedicate extensive resources to alternative energy.  Improve the environment, free us from our dependence on Middle East oil, and create a booming economy in the process! (See also Set America Free)
